3rd3y3.com was started in 2009 mainly as an outlet for my comics. Printing comics is expensive and distribution is complicated. On the other hand, most people have access to the Internet so online comics seem like the logical thing to do. Yes but comics remain a tangible medium, grounded in the book form and the double-page format. That’s why, from time to time, we (the editorial we) print short runs of our comics. These limited editons constitute the real tangible end-product and represent the way that comics should ideally be be read.
